I looked into 'Hellraid' and it seems exactly like a fantasy DLC I already have for Borderlands 2. Obviously, 'Hellraid' would play different because it's 'Dying Light' mechanics rather than shooter mechanics or whatever. The price difference between Enhanced and Definitive is minor but, really, it's like, "Why bother?".
You need the base game (now called Dying Light: Enhanced Edition), to play the DLC. You get access to it by purchasing the DLC from the store page, or by owning the season pass. To be honest I can't find the base game on Steam any more. Just Dying Light: The Following Enhanced Edition.
